I wanted to do a quick test and see if by drinking Blackstrap molasses, I was actually minimising my gray hair outbreak.
Apparently, it was.
I’ve been dealing with stress with the launch of our new startup called SeriousMD (download the clinic management app here), but it’s still practically the same level of stress when I was fully managing other projects.
My workout habit was still the same, 2-3 times per week.
For the experiment, I cut my hair to about half an inch. Not bald, but almost.
I stopped for 3 months now and I could clearly see the changes in my hair.
As my originally black hair grew out over the past months, you could see the gray hair coming out instead.
As I have now proven to myself 100% that it is indeed helping, I will now incorporate it again to my morning routine.
I’ll also be experimenting with apple cider and honey soon.
Sorry for the short blog post. Really short on time nowadays. I need a haircut badly!
