I have 6 meals spread throughout the day and one of the things I take is a power shake as my morning snack.
I typically add frozen banana, oats, non-fat milk, flaxseed, protein powder and blackstrap molasses.
Some of you might not be able to take too much molasses though so, it’s better to use half a tablespoon, or just add an extra banana.
Anyway, it’s a short post, just wanted to give an update for this blog. Hope some of you can find this useful! It’s easy and rather healthy.
